"My hope is to empower every Christian to pursue a deep relationship with Christ, take advantage of the discipleship available in Christian community, and become a disciple maker."
Courtney would love to join you at your next event!
Courtney Lowman is a wife, mom, speaker and podcast host. She earned a B.M.E.. in Secondary Music Education from Northern Arizona University and worked for 12 years as a high school choir director and private music instructor. Courtney has served in various ministry positions since 2001. Her years as a Bible study teacher, missionary, and discipler exposed her to the need all women have for discipleship and mentorship. Wishing she could share her own mentors with the women she served, Courtney created The Journey of Ruth Podcast. Each episode reflects her mission to help women Love Jesus, Read His Work, and Reach Others. The weekly podcast episodes, full of targeted conversations, wisdom, discipleship tools, and plenty of laughter, have grown to reach a global audience.
Courtney enjoys teaching on a regular basis in her church’s college ministry and speaking at women’s events across Arizona. Courtney’s energetic and honest presentation of the Word of God encourages women to connect with scripture in a consistent and personal manner; allowing the Bible to not just inform, but direct their daily lives.
Courtney lives out her mission closer to home as a volunteer alongside her husband in their church’s college ministry and discipling young women. When she’s not teaching or speaking, Courtney can be found reading, baking, having coffee with friends, or spending time with family.
